NEET Result 2020: The Union Cabinet Minister for Education, Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank has confirmed that National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the NEET 2020 result on October 16, 2020. The authority will conduct the NEET (UG) Second Part on October 14 for candidates who could not appear for the exam in September. After that, the NEET Result will be declared. How To Calculate NEET 2020 Score & Rank?

Candidates can calculate their NEET score by comparing the NEET Answer Key with their responses. NEET 2020 provisional answer key was released on September 26 and the last date to challenge the keys was October 7, 2020. – Every correct answer, 4 marks are awarded.
– For every incorrect answer, 1 mark is deducted from the total score.
– No marks are deducted for unattempted questions.

Chemistry Score: Candidate obtaining higher marks in Chemistry,
Number of Incorrect Answers: Candidate with less number of attempted incorrect answers in all the subjects
Age Criteria: If the tie is still not resolved, candidate older in age will be given preference.

After the announcement of NEET result, NEET counselling will be commencing for All India Quota and State Quota seats. After the declaration of results, candidates will have to register for the counselling process. Candidates participating in the State Quota NEET Counselling process will have to register themselves with the state counselling authority.
